An ill-fitting PPE,

It is not enough to deliver a Personal Protective Equipment to a worker, when a risk that cannot be totally eliminated is detected. It is necessary to train it in its use and proper adjustment.
The best way to make sure that respiratory PPE is effective is to make sure that the fit is adequate, without a proper fit, the protection P is lost, and instead of PPE, Individual Protection Equipment, we will have EI, Individual Equipment .
We have a respirator fit tester equipment: self-filtering, interchangeable filter (semi and/or complete), FFP2, FFP3, ...
Our equipment allows a quantitative measurement of the effectiveness of the mask fit on the worker.
For companies that have not contracted a SPA
There are companies that, the preventive legislation, allows to adopt preventive systems, which do not happen neither by constituting their own Prevention Service, nor contracting an External Prevention Service.
Our Security department will advise these companies on those aspects they need, since we have Occupational Risk Prevention Technicians in the three technical specialties: Occupational Safety; Industrial hygiene; Ergonomics and psychosociology.
It also has an audit service, so that these companies can comply with their legal obligation to carry out an audit of the operation of their implemented system, every five years.
But we do not remain in the legal obligation, we will complement our audit with a report on improvement in the quality and efficiency of the audited system.
